My journey started with my intrinsic love for human psychology, philosophy, and reading literature in high school. I often discussed my ideas both online and in person to gain further perspectives on the world and its various ideals. It was also during this time that I began learning 3D modeling, photography, and mixed media in my free time, expanding my repertoire of knowledge. During the COVID pandemic, I became a freelance artist, putting my skills on the open market and getting a feel for what it means to be a free-roam artist in various online communities. Post-pandemic, I set my sights on psychology as a career but was quickly enamored with computer science and engineering. It was here that I decided I wanted to study computer science with a social-psychological foundation to better apply technology in a meaningful, human-driven way. It was here that I discovered ACM SIGGRAPH and SIGCHI, and fell in love with computer graphics and human-computer interaction. I now believe that the deviation from one subject to another wasn't a sign of uncertainty. It was a sign of strength, holistic understanding, and a willingness to bridge knowledge between seemingly unrelated subjects. The world is a complex and often tangled place of ideas and subjects; I'm open to unraveling and solving these nuances willingly and passionately.
I'm always researching and developing! Feel free to reach out to me if you want to discuss anything related to ethical AI, computer graphics, or human-computer interactions!
